    Ingredients:

     


     

    Fresh Pumpkin 1/2 one

     

    Bitter Melon 1 whole

     


     

    Seasoning:

     


     

    Vegetable Oil right amount

     

    Salt small amount

     

    Mushroom Powder small amount

     

    Sugar small amount

     

    Crispy Flour 1 small bowl

     

    Bread Crumbs small amount

     


     

    Cooking Method:

     


     

    1. Cut bitter melon and pumpkin into thick strips; boil water with a pot, add small amount of salt, sugar, and mushroom powder. Put pumpkin and bitter melon strips into the pot; fish out when it's boiled and cool off with cold water.

     

    2. Wrap them with crispy powder and set aside.

     

    3. Pour vegetable oils into a wok and cook until warm, put the bitter melon and pumpkin strips into oil and fry until golden brown; scoop up and drain it, shake bread crumbs on it and serve.
