    Ingredients:

     


     

    6 Maitake mushroom

     

    8 Green pepper

     

    1 Red pepper

     


     

    Seasoning:

     


     

    Fermented black beans: 2 teaspoons

     

    Vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon

     

    Salt, Mushroom powder, sugar, vegetable oil, vegetable soup

     

    Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Water Starch

     


     

    Cooking Method:

     


     

    1. Cut maitake mushrooms into pieces and wash; cut green and red peppers into big pieces, remove seeds, wash and drain.

     

    2. Fry maitake mushrooms, green and red peppers in 70% heated vegetable oil and drain.

     

    3. Pour a bowl of vegetable soup into a pan, add right amount of salt and mushroom powder; put maitake mushrooms, green and red pepper into boiling soup to simmer, drain and set aside.

     

    4. Put small amount of vegetable oil in a pan; add fermented black beans, sauté till fragrant; then add maitake mushrooms and green and red peppers to stir fry; add small amount of salt, vegetable mushroom oyster sauce, mushroom powder, sugar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Sauté till fragrant then thicken with small amount of water starch and serve.
