    Ingredients:

     


     

    3 king oyster mushrooms

     

    2 honey peaches

     

    1/2 green pepper

     

    1/2 red pepper

     

    200 ml vegetable oil

     

    Small amount of starch

     

    1 tablespoon water starch

     

    1 bowl vegetable soup

     


     

    Seasoning:

     


     

    Small amount of salt

     

    Small amount of mushroom powder

     

    Sweet and sour sauce: (3 soup spoons ketchup, 2 soup spoons vinegar, 2 soup spoons sugar, small amount of salt)

     


     

    Cooking Method:

     


     

    1. Slice king oyster mushrooms and honey peaches; dice green pepper and red pepper;

     

    2. Quick fry king oyster mushrooms in 60% heated vegetable oil and drain. Boil vegetable soup in a pan, add salt and mushroom powder, simmer king oyster mushrooms in the soup till flavorful then fish out. Wrap king oyster mushrooms with starch and braise in 80% heated vegetable oil till golden brown and drain.

     

    3. Stir fry green and red pepper and honey peaches in a pan with small amount of vegetable oil. Add sweet and sour sauce and water starch, then mix well the braised king oyster mushrooms with rest of ingredients in the pan and serve.
